FROM THE M27 - Exit junction 7. Follow the signs to Hedge End and Botley. Pass through the village square, over the river and past the old mill on the left. Look for the 40 mph road sign on the right. Just before this road sign turn right into a very concealed entrance. Take the second driveway on the right. |

FROM BISHOP WALTHAM, WICKHAM or FAREHAM - Follow the signs to Botley village. On entering the village look for the 30 mph signs. Directly behind the sign on the left is a concealed entrance. Turn left and take the second driveway off the single-track road |
